Born and raised in Brooklyn, Kristine is a native New Yorker with an insatiable curiosity and a lifelong love for storytelling. Photography has always been a passion of hers — spending hours flipping through photo albums, imagining their lives behind or reliving her own memories, inspired by the way one frame could hold so much feeling.

Before starting BRIXIES, Kristine spent 15 years in the home

textiles industry — coordinating showrooms, managing samples,

and leading marketing efforts for brands big and small. That world

taught her how to style with intention, communicate visually,

and find beauty in the details. It wasn’t just a job; it was training

ground for the kind of photographer — and creative — she would

become.

growing into a creative team built on shared values: visual
